Olympics Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 chicken thighs, skinned
    10 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Brown chicken in moderately hot oil.
    Add garlic and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain off excess fat.
    In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger; add to the chicken.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and fully cooked.
