Pork Chops With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 pork loin chops
    1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed onion soup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil.
    Brown the pork chops, 3 at a time, on both sides and remove them from the skillet.
    Saute the green pepper for 1 minute; remove them.
    Add flour to the skillet, blending well and cook for 1 minute.
    Blend in the onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt.
    Bring the mixture to a boil.
    Return the chops to the skillet, basting them with sauce.
    Cover and simmer until the chops are tender, about 1 hour.
    Blend in the tomatoes and green pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes more.
    Makes 6 servings.
