Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, buttermilk and melted margarine by hand.
    Add coconut.
    Pour mixture in unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
