Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients except soda and corn for 5 minutes.
    Take off heat and add soda.
    Stir mixture well.
    Pour over popped corn in baking pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir lightly every 15 minutes.
    Can add peanuts or pecans.
