Ground Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1 c. carrots, cut in matchstick thin strips
    1 medium green or red pepper, cut into 1-inch sq.
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom gravy
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In skillet in hot oil, cook onions, celery, carrot and pepper until tender-crisp, stirring often.
    Remove vegetables to bowl.
