Potato Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 or 3 green onions or 1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper
    6 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until done.
    Cool and peel.
    Then grate potatoes.
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter and cheese.
    Remove from heat; blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Fold into potatoes.
    Bake in covered, greased dish for 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
