Hummus(A Middle Eastern Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (16 oz.) can cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon juice
3 to 4 crushed garlic cloves or to taste
Preparation

Drain beans.
Combine in food processor or blender with oil, lemon juice and garlic.
Process until smooth.
Vary consistency as desired with more or less oil or lemon juice.
Garnish with sesame oil or parsley.
Chill.
Serve with torn pieces of pita bread.
