Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. turkey sausage, browned and drained
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 can cream of celery soup with small amount skim milk
    8 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together; pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with low-fat Cheddar cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
