Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 half chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. oregano or basil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slightly flatten each chicken breast.
    Place in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove foil and drain.
