Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3/4 c. chocolate morsels
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and chocolate morsels in a 1 quart glass bowl or mixing cup.
    Microwave at Medium-high (70% power) for 4 to 5 minutes until chocolate melts, stirring after 1 minute.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Serve hot over ice cream.
