Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 c. pecans
Preparation
-
Mix the first 6 ingredients and cook to soft ball stage (use candy thermometer).
Add nuts.
Stir until sugar starts to harden. Pour onto wax paper or foil to cool.
Separate into bite size pieces.
