Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. fresh sliced strawberries
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix sugar, water and cornstarch and boil until thick and clear.
Add jello.
Cool, then add fresh sliced strawberries. Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
