Biscuit Top Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. sherry wine (optional)
1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 to 4 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and green pepper; stir in soup, pimento and wine.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add sour cream.
Place in greased (with margarine) casserole dish.
Top with biscuits.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
