Butterscotch Sundae Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 1/3 c. dark corn syrup
    2/3 c. water
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook until a firm ball stage on candy thermometer (238\u00b0) the brown sugar, corn syrup and water.
    Add melted margarine and marshmallows.
    Allow to cool, then add evaporated milk and vanilla.
    Serve over vanilla ice cream.
