Potato Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
    Mozzarella, grated
Preparation
    Prehat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Boil potatoes in jackets until tender. Peel and fore through ricer.
    Add butter, milk, grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Beat until creamy and light.
