Ingredients

1 c. rice, cooked
2 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. sugar or 1/2 c.
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
raisins (handful)
Preparation

To the cooked rice, add all ingredients to one pot and let come to a boil.
Keep stirring all the time.
After it comes to a boil, shut off burner and remove from heat.
Add raisins.
Pudding will seem thin.
Don't worry, it will thicken upon standing. Cool for 1/2 hour.
