Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    6 large potatoes
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Add onion and peppers and set aside.
    Dice and cook potatoes on stove or in microwave until tender.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
