Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese (mild)
1 jar picante sauce (Pace brand)
1 small can green chillies, chopped or whole
1 pkg. Tostitos
1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger and onion.
Add chopped chillies and other remaining ingredients except cheese.
Line bottom of dish with Tostitos.
Pour hamburger mixture over Tostitos and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
