Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Preparation

Sift sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon together in one bowl. Then put water, margarine, oil and cocoa in a double boiler and bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Then mix buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; add to batter.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then spread chocolate icing on it.
