Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. coarsely crushed corn chips
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    1/3 c. taco sauce
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into a loaf.
    This can be baked in the oven at 350\u00b0 or fixed in a crock-pot.
