Michigan Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 c. fresh peeled sliced apples
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. quince jelly, dissolved in 1/4 c. applejack
Preparation
    Line a deep 10-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Put apple mixture in pastry and bake at 360\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
