Chicken Fajita - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
1 sweet green pepper, cut into strips
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch strips
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. prepared salsa
1 small avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
cilantro (for garnish)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil.
Place in oven to warm, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add peppers and saute until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Remove to bowl and keep warm.
