Spicy Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (3 lb.)
    1 c. fresh cilantro
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 jalapeno pepper, seed and cut in half
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. each: ground ginger, cumin and salt
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a blender, process all ingredients (except the chicken) until it is a smooth paste.
    Rub paste over chicken.
    Tie legs together with string and tuck wing tips under back.
    Place breast side up in a baking pan.
    Roast 1 hour.
    Let chicken stand before carving.
