7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Beat the margarine, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add the flour. Add the lemon extract.
    Stir in the 7-Up.
    Bake in a well-greased mold pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 1/4 hours, depending upon the oven.
