Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins and/or 1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Beat eggs, milk and oil.
Sift flour, sugar, soda and salt together; add to egg mixture.
Add vanilla.
Fold in raisins and/or pecans.
Fold apples in last.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
