Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 pkg. chocolate chips (optional)*

Preparation

Blend oleo, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and dry ingredients with milk.
Blend well; add zucchini.
Pour in greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inches or Bundt pan).
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until done.
