Hamburger-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    sliced potatoes (8 to 10)
    fresh mushrooms
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the hamburg with the onion and pepper.
    Drain.
    Place hamburg in bottom of casserole. Top with mushrooms and layer with sliced potatoes and onion to top of casserole.
    Place diluted mushroom soup over the casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May top with shredded Cheddar cheese before serving.
