Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, boiled and boned
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. chili powder
    garlic salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    1 large pkg. tortillas or corn chips
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oil.
    Mix soup, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Layer ingredients. Top with cheese and chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
    Can be frozen.
