Muesli(Swiss Oatmeal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Quick Quaker oats, uncooked
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. raisins, chopped prunes or chopped dried apricots
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. wheat germ, unprocessed bran or chopped nuts
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
    Mix well. Serve with brown sugar and milk or cream.
    Makes 6 servings.
