Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli, chopped
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    stuffing
Preparation
    Cut drained broccoli into 1 inch pieces.
    Line square, buttered casserole with broccoli pieces.
    Combine undiluted soup with chopped onions, mayonnaise and beaten eggs.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Sprinkle dry stuffing over all.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
