Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon (crisp)
    1 medium onion
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 lb. kielbasa, cut in pieces
    1 hard-boiled egg
Preparation
    Cook and peel potatoes (boil).
    Brown onion in 1 tablespoon of bacon fat.
    After onion is browned, add everything in but potatoes and kielbasa.
    Put these in separate large bowl.
    Pour mixture over top.
    Serve warm.
    Reheat in microwave or oven.
