Jan'S Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless rump roast, frozen
    A.1. steak sauce
    salt and pepper
    onions
Preparation
    Rub frozen roast with salt and pepper.
    Pour A.1. sauce over covering well.
    Place on large sheet of heavy-duty foil and pull up ends to make tight folds.
    Place in open roasting pan, and pour in a little water to keep foil from sticking.
    Roast in a 325\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    Open foil carefully and remove roast to plate.
    Pour out drippings, thicken with flour and water paste and boil a few minutes to make gravy.
    Quartered onions may be cooked with roast for extra flavor.
