Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    5 eggs
    3 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture. Beat eggs, and add other ingredients.
    Put in greased pie plate. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes its own crust.
