Canned Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. fresh tomatoes, cut in chunks
4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. celery, chopped
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Measure all vegetables after chopping.
Mix all ingredients and pack into clean canning jars within 1/2 inch of top.
Process in hot water bath for 55 minutes.
