Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Chili-O mix
16 oz. can tomato juice
16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
1 jar mushrooms
16 oz. can kidney beans
Preparation

Put ground chuck, onion and green pepper in two cups of water. Cook and stir
until
dry.
Put in tomato juice, chili mix, mushrooms, beans
and cut-up tomatoes.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
