Creole Seafood Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter, divided
    1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    6 to 7 green onions, sliced
    1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp or mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt or to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    cracker crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt cream cheese and 6 tablespoons butter in the top of a double boiler or microwave oven.
    Set aside.
    Saute green onions, bell pepper and celery in remaining 2 tablespoons butter until tender; add shrimp.
    Saute until pink.
