Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    4 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat bacon in heavy, large skillet until small amount of fat begins to accumulate.
    Add cabbage and continue cooking over very low heat, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender and starts to turn golden brown.
    Stir in cream and lemon juice.
    Heat until cream is hot.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
