Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients, tossing lightly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat with rotary or electric mixer at medium speed. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set and top is golden brown.
