Turkey Or Chicken Cream Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/4 c. turkey or chicken broth
    2 c. diced turkey or chicken, cooked
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can tiny white onions, drained
    1 can carrots, drained
    peas, onions and carrots (all same size cans)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk and broth; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add all other ingredients; heat thoroughly.
    Pour over hot biscuits, noodles or rice.
