Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    4 other cans vegetables (such as carrots, hominy, pinto or green beans, undrained)
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can beef or chicken broth
    3 c. water
    2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with onions.
    Add celery and broth.
    Cook until celery is tender.
    Add 3 cups water and bouillon cubes. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and other vegetables.
    Heat for 15 minutes.
    Ready to serve!
