Honey-Walnut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breast meat
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, smashed into crumbs
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. honey
    walnuts
Preparation
    Cut breast meat into strips or nugget-size bites. Melt half a stick of butter. Dip chicken into melted butter and cover with crumbs. Place in greased casserole dish. Add a little butter to dish. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes. Heat honey and about 1 teaspoon of butter, mixing well. When chicken is done, sprinkle nuts over the chicken and pour honey mixture over it.
