Elfin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie crust
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping

Preparation

Beat the cheese until smooth and gradually beat in the sugar. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Add your favorite topping and chill.
