Salmon Spread Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Alaska red sockeye salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, blend salmon, cream cheese, onions, lemon juice, horseradish and salt.
    Wrap in wax paper to form a ball. Chill one hour or until firm. Roll in parsley and nuts; chill until ready to use.
    Serve with crackers.
