Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. diced onion
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
white floured tortillas
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can green chillies
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Wrap tortillas in damp towel and put in oven to steam for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Open shells and layer with hamburger, then onion and cheese.
Put Velveeta, soup, chillies and milk in double boiler and heat through.
Pour over top of tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
