Pilaf With Tomatoes And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 tomato, coarsely chopped to measure 1 c.
    3/4 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in casserole.
    Cover tightly; microwave on High (100%) for 8 minutes.
    Stir.
    If rice is not tender, cover and microwave an additional 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
