Broiled Venison, Elk Or Antelope Steaks Or Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

steaks
garlic
butter or olive oil
salt and pepper
paprika
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Preheat
broiler.
Rub\tsteaks\tor
chops
with garlic. Brush meat with
mixture of butter or olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and
Worcestershire
sauce.
Broil\tat least 3-inches away from heat for
8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Serve with currant jelly or spicy sauce.
