Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs, separated
    2 sticks margarine
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    10 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour and soda together; set aside. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form; set aside.
    Mix margarine, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time and beat well after each one.
    Add flour mixture, a little at a time.
    Alternate with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Fold in egg whites and pour into greased tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour or until tests done.
