Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Steam squash, onion and pepper for 10 minutes.
    Put in bowl and mix vegetables, crumbs, eggs and margarine.
    Put into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
