Ingredients

12 to 14 unpeeled new potatoes
3 Tbsp. white wine
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried whole tarragon
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/4 c. fresh parsley
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Boil potatoes 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and cool slightly; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Add wines; toss gently.
Let stand 10 minutes and combine.
