Apple-Nut-Horseradish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, peeled and cored
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. yogurt
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 Tbsp. minced or ground walnuts
Preparation
    Grate apples.
    Immediately combine with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Serve dip at once with chips, crackers or vegetables.
    Makes almost 1 cup.
